We are a caring community of older adults who want to enjoy living at home for as long as possible. Palisades Village supports residents by providing services and social, educational, and cultural activities.

Our staff and volunteers provide transportation, help with household chores, tech support, and many other services to support neighbors in the Berkley, Kent, Foxhall, Palisades, Spring Valley, and Wesley Heights neighborhoods.

We also organize social, educational, and cultural events, host holiday meals and other gatherings, and offer club activities, author talks, happy hours and much more.

We have almost 300 members and over 200 volunteers. Palisades Village is a diverse, multigenerational group of individuals who represent a wide spectrum of cultures, traditions, and socio-economic backgrounds. Our members include retired attorneys, poets, bankers, health care professionals, former government employees, and individuals from many other disciplines — ranging in age from 50 to 100+.

Palisades Village is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit, charitable organization. 

Full membership fees are $600 for individuals and $900 for households.  Subsidies are available for low-income members.

Associate members' annual dues are $300; which is fully tax deductible.
