Come view a sampling of vintage, traditional, and renovated homes in Berkley and the Palisades! The house tour proceeds benefit Palisades Village, a nonprofit organization that helps our neighbors live in their homes as they age and remain actively engaged in the communities of Berkley, Foxhall, Kent, Palisades, Spring Valley and Wesley Heights.
Tickets can be purchased starting at 10:30 a.m. for $35 at the Lab School (4759 Reservoir Rd NW).
You can pick up your ticket and Guide to the House Tour on the day of the tour at the Lab School after 10:30 a.m.

Where do I get my ticket?
Tickets may be picked up at the Lab School (4759 Reservoir Rd NW, Washington, DC 20007) starting at 10:30 a.m. on the morning of the Tour. The school is located at the intersection of Reservoir and MacArthur Boulevard. Will Call will be located inside the main entrance. You will be given a House Tour Guide with a map and descriptions of the homes.
Tickets are available for sale on the day of the tour. Cash, check or credit card are accepted at the Lab School. Day of tickets are $35.
Can I get a copy of the House Tour Guide before October 19?
No, they are not available until the morning of the Tour.
Can I find out where the homes are located?
The actual addresses are included in the House Tour Guide which will be available to ticket-holders on the morning of the Tour.
How do you get from home to home?
Attendees have walked, biked, driven or some combination. Several homes are clustered together but spread over 1.8 miles. Wear comfortable shoes. You can go in any order.
What if stairs present a problem, can I still see the homes?
With the neighborhood topography, stairs are inevitable. However, at least three homes have minimal stairs. Accessibility issues are noted in the Guide.
Are children allowed?
Children under 12 are not allowed.
What if it rains?
Bring an umbrella. The Tour will go on rain or shine.
Is there a place to get lunch during the tour?
There are numerous restaurants along Mac Arthur Boulevard to choose from.
