Basic Training 4 Your Body is a class that helps restore functionality and movement in all your joints. William Yates, from the YMCA Fit and Well Seniors program, will lead us in simple basic movements. He will make assessments and find the right exercise for your ability. A little music makes it even more fun. This is light exercise that can be done seated or standing.
Keep up with these fitness classes and soon you won’t understand why that shelf seemed so high.
